Harper-MITC is a small disadvantaged, disabled veteran's business concern specializing in management and information technology consulting services in support of Government and private industry. The principal owner and operator of Harper-MITC has an exemplary record of more than thirty years of achievement in many aspects of management and information technology with a considerable track record in supporting and managing large-scale business operations for both business and Government. The principal is presently seeking contract engagements supporting the ongoing operations of both established and start-up business entities. The principal's vast experience in business and program management and operations will add value to any organization requiring the services of an experienced professional to support the immediate achievement of their short or long term business objectives.
The principal is available to provide a wide range of consulting and contract services including, but not limited to:
