The principal has more than 30 years experience in many aspects of business and program management  including more than thirteen years with a major fortune 500 firm where he rose to the rank of middle manager responsible for program management and control of nearly 100 million dollars of business.

He spent seven years at a small disadvantaged 8(a) business where as President/COO, he led the company from under $1 million dollars in revenue to nearly $35 million and to two top ten finishes in the nations survey of the fastest growing 100 companies; during his initial assignment with the firm, he served as the senior program manager of large-scale network engineering, operations, and management services programs in support of DISA's Advanced Information Technology Services-Joint Program Office (AITS/JPO) in various technical and management capacities.

As the founder, president, and CEO of another small disadvantaged firm, the principal established the corporation as one of the two most recognized providers of incident command-level emergency incident management systems in the world.
